With feedback coming in sporadically from stakeholders, it's important that we communicate what work is ready for development. Each Figma file represents a single feature, with separate mockups for each policy type.

Understanding Figma's Page Structure

Designers

To avoid confusion, work should be completed in either 🏗 Wireframes or 🚧. Mockup - Work in progress.

<aside> ☝ Consider creating a 🕹ī¸ Prototype to demonstrate how you expect your work to function.

When the work is completed and approved:

  1. Remove outdated work from 📐 Spec - Approved Design.
  2. Copy and paste the new mockups into 📐 Spec - Approved Design.
  3. Update 📄 Change Log to reflect the changes made.
  4. Locate the related UI story on ADO and provide a link to the work completed.
  5. Review with Developer working on assigned story.

Developers

Developers should only build from 📐 Spec - Approved Design. To see what changes have been made, refer to the 📄 Change Log If you have a question about how something will behave or function, refer to the 🕹ī¸ Prototype page. If there is no prototype, please reach out to the design team.
